In honor of Father's Day, my wife made me a delicious breakfast. And I felt the need to share with everyone the best way in the world to make bacon: Bake it.
Revolutionary, right? Perhaps not, but I've always had it pan-fried or microwaved, and neither of those come close to matching the crispy, juicy, consistent deliciousness of baked bacon.
It's so simple too. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Halfway through, turn each piece over and soak up any excess grease with a paper towel. It's amazing, and I think I will need to have it made this way for the rest of my life.
You're welcome.
